Guests & Attendees:
Your party package includes up to 10 guests by default-the birthday child plus 9 others. If the final guest count is less than 10, you will be given all extra tickets/cards to distribute at your discretion. There will be no discount in price if the guest count is less than 10. A fee will be charged to your party tab for each additional guest after 10-please refer to the details of your chosen package for this fee.

Adults accompanying invited guests are not included in the guest count and may enter at no charge. Adults choosing to skate or participate in other attractions will be charged the current day's rates.

Supplies & Decorations

To keep things stress-free for the party parent(s), we provide all paper goods and decorations-plates, napkins, cups, and utensils-which are gender-neutral and Roller Skate themed. Click here for photos of our party rooms. Balloons are welcome, but we cannot accomodate balloon arches in our party rooms. Any balloons will need to be inflated before your arrival as we do not carry helium. The use of confetti, silly string, glitter, pinatas or similar items are not permitted.

Food & Drinks

You may bring your own cake and/or single serve ice cream cups to be consumed during your party room time. No other outside food or drinks are permitted. Your party will include 2 large pizzas and 1 pitcher of soda. If additional food/drink is needed, our cafe offers a variety of options, including party platters, for your convenience.

Scheduling

Your party room time is scheduled 1 hour after your arrival and will not be available until this time. At your scheduled room time, our DJ will call you and your guests to a designated party room where you will have up to 45 minutes. If your party includes 1 or more sessions of Laser Tag, 1 session will be scheduled immediately following your party room time so that your group can play together.

Service

We will call you the week of your party to confirm all details. Any additional food/beverage orders will need to be added at this time to ensure it is prepared.

On the day of the party, an attendant will meet you and your guests in the lobby, where the guests will be checked in upon their arrival. The attendant will take care of all presents, balloons, cake, ice cream, etc.

Our party hosts are trained to go to great lengths to ensure your child has an INCREDIBLE birthday party and that you, as the parent, are free to enjoy the party. Your host/hostess will decorate, serve all food, cake and/or ice cream, and clean up so that everyone can get right back to the fun. Your child's gifts, cake, etc will be waiting behind the front counter until you are ready to leave the facility. Gratuity is expected and appreciated, as we do not add it to your bill. You will have the option to add gratuity when closing out your tab at the end of the party.

Charges & Payment

Please be aware that your deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel, the deposit may be transferred to another date. To re-schedule, please call at least 2 days prior to the original party date.

Any purchases made during your party can be charged to your tab, to be paid at the end of the party (addt'l food, attractions, guests, etc). Guests will not be allowed to charge to your tab without permission from you (the party parent). Please remember that your tab must be paid in full prior to your departure from the facility. We accept cash, credit, or debit but please be aware of the following: Our advertised pricing is for cash sales. When paying, you will be presented with a choice between the discounted cash price or the price for your chosen form of payment, which may reflect an additional cost.
